Our Story
Troy and Mark started ITP in 2010 with the vision of filling an IT industry resources gap that they were both uniquely qualified to fill.
Troy created and mastered the vision to transition to a MSP model, as Mark executed the need for implementation and processes. It did not take long for this new IT model to prove successful and to be recognized by the Grande Prairie Chamber of Commerce in 2012, as Grande Prairies “Best New Business” . Since then, IT Partners has gone on to grow and expand into Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Vancouver Island, and Kelowna. Continuing to lead the MSP industry, IT Partners was again recognized by the Global MSP Channels Futures Awards in 2023 with a top ranking of #52 Worldwide, #2 in Canada and #1 in Western Canada.
Not stopping there, In 2024 & 2025 the Globe and Mail recognized IT Partners on their Report on Business Ranking as one of the Top growing companies in Canada.
